Emma Sinclair Emma is the youngest person in the world to have floated a company, doing so at 29 on the London Stock Exchange. A serial entrepreneur, she now co-leads global software company EnterpriseAlumni. Their software powers the corporate alumni networks of some of the world’s largest companies. Outside of her day job, she regularly writes for newspapers and commentates on tv – having launched the Telegraph’s Wonder Woman Business column in 2012. In 2014, she was appointed UNICEFs first business mentor and recently completed UNICEFs first ever crowdfund to roll out Innovation Labs in refugee camps in her capacity as a UNICEF advisor. And in 2016, was awarded an MBE by the Queen for Services to Entrepreneurship.

Tracey Woodward Tracey Woodward is the CEO of Aromatherapy Associates. Having worked within the Beauty Industry for over 30 years, Tracey has a wealth of spa, retail and beauty experience. Tracey currently sits on several boards as an advisory director; she also sits on the Executive Board of CEW (UK) - leading the conversation in beauty, addressing topics that are shaping the future of the industry and providing leadership and development resources to help move member forward in their careers.

Tracey also makes time to give back and has worked with The Prince's Trust, Look Good Feel Better and Terrence Higgins Trust to name a few.
Candice Fragis Candice has over 15 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry, having started her career in the buying department at the renowned London boutique Browns. Most recently as Buying and Merchandising Director at Farfetch, Candice lead the buying, merchandising and visual merchandising teams across men’s, women’s and kid’s categories. The pivotal point of her career was launching THE OUTNET alongside Stephanie Phair in 2009. Following that, with a further 4 years as Senior Buyer at Net-A-Porter, she spearheaded the largest ready to wear launch to date with the activewear concept NET-A-SPORTER. Candice is passionate about emerging talent and sustainability, working with a number of global fashion institutions and brands to support these initiatives.
Candice was in the launch of Net A Sporter which includes brands Adidas, Nike, The Upside and P.E Nation.
Kelly Marks Kelly founded Pure Public Relations in 1999 with business partner Cara Ward. Their belief: a client centred approach, delivering commercially driven results for best in class brands. Specialising in Beauty + Wellbeing, Kelly and her team have worked with some of the world's most innovative and inspiring brands including Perricone MD, Moroccanoil, Goldfaden MD, Malin + Goetz, Goldfaden MD and retailers including QVC, Holland + Barrett and Planet Organic. A true believer in brands that are cleaner and greener, Kelly founded the Purer division which is dedicated to brands that do good or give back and she has supported brands including Method, Burt’s Bees, Yes To and Hello Oral Care. Kelly is a regular judge at industry events and is often interviewed for her insight into both the PR industry and beauty + wellbeing markets. Pure brings together all the elements of PR combining traditional and digital media, as well as running events for press and experiential activity for consumers, essential in driving brand identity, word of mouth awareness and impact bottom line sales.

Marcus Hartwall is the UK Managing Director at Houzz.co.uk, where he leads the team responsible for building the 2 million strong community of homeowners and design professionals. He joined Houzz as the MD for Houzz Nordics and held that position for 2.5 years before moving into his new role as UK MD. Prior to Houzz, Marcus founded Glossybox in the Nordics, one of the world's leading beauty box subscription services, where he grew the company into the world's most successful beauty box in relation to population size, with over 500 000 boxes shipped per year. Before Glossybox, Marcus was the New Media Director for the Scandinavian media group Modern Times Group (MTG) in Bulgaria.
While at MTG, Marcus established the Eastern European digital operations for the company.
